Our mailing address for all rent payments:

Redefine Real Estate LLC
PO Box 14531
Scottsdale AZ 85267-4531

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail to be delivered. Rent will be considered paid when it is received by Redefine Real Estate LLC, not when a payment is post-marked on an envelope. So allow adequate time or payments to be processed by the post office if mailing.

Don't be late...

Rents are due on the 1st of every month, and late after the 5th. If you are late, there is an automatic $150 late fee added to your rent, that must be paid WITH the back rent within 5 days of assessment. Failure to do that, and eviction proceedings begin. This is a strict process and follows the Arizona Residential Tenancy Statutes.

We want to be your landlord and provide you with quality property to rent, but its a two-way deal. You have to pay the rent on time. Failure to do that, and you will be evicted swiftly per the law.

Part Payments?

Normally we do not accept partial payments. However if this is a "one-off" occurrence, you have a history of on-time payments and you contact our office well ahead of your rent due date (e.g. in advance), we may be able to work with you. However we can ONLY do this if you sign and return to our office a Promissory agreement, and you pay at least 50% of the rent at the time of submitting the promissory note. This doesn't remove your obligation to pay the rent, nor any late fees (e.g. $150) if you are late. It can just help you stay in your unit longer while you work out the issue. The promissory note is subject to Redefine Real Estate LLC agreeing to your proposed payment terms. We are normally ok if its going to be a week late or something like that. But more than that, and its unlikely that we can help you. CONTACT US we ahead of time if you think you need some extra time. Repetitive requests will be denied, however.
