and should be made out to 'Redefine Real Estate'. Checks
should be mailed to our office at:

Checks returned for insufficient funds will
incur a $50 penalty fee per instance.

We can accept rent payments
by credit or debit card. Pre-authorization agreement must
be signed for this payment process. Contact

We can accept 'Check
by Phone' and can take your payment over the phone with
your check handy |
NOTE to existing tenants: Payments are required
ON the 1st of each calendar month during your lease.
It is imperative that you keep to this schedule, as late payments
incur a $150 penalty fee. Please contact
