The car park is close to the unit, however the unit doesn't back onto or front onto the parking lot meaning that there is little or no noise from the parking area.

The unit is a downstairs unit as well, making it easy to transfer groceries, etc. from the parking lot to your living area. Neighbors are great and quiet.
