application form must be filled out and submitted. You will be
notified shortly afterwards if you qualify for rental of this
unit. The unit is pet friendly and pets are allowed however a
non-refundable $100 per pet deposit is imposed by the Home Owners
Association at Points West and will be required to be paid by
the tenant before bringing any pets into the unit.
The complex just has to be seen to be believed. It includes pool,
laundry facilities, etc. and although its located in one of the
most sought after Phoenix locations, its quiet and peaceful. Perfect
for anyone needing access to the resources of Phoenix, but without
the headaches of urban living.

close to the unit, however the unit doesn't back onto or front
onto the parking lot meaning that there is little or no noise
from the parking area.
The unit is a downstairs unit as well, making it easy to transfer
groceries, etc. from the parking lot to your living area. Neighbors
are great and quiet.
